Synopsis and Plot[edit]

Over budget[edit]

I recall reading that the director of this episode went so far over budget that he never worked at the BBC again. We'd need to be sure we have a ref before saying something like that though. Algr (talk) 07:18, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'll have to dig it out, but I've got one that is a Doctor Who Magazine special, UNIT Exposed. Here's what the article says, ″The serial went so far over budget – even more expensive than The Invasion – that it precluded Combe from returning to Doctor Who." There's no attribution, so the article might just be printing a rumor. ClassicCF (talk) 21:13, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Black and White[edit]
