How many divisions?[edit]

Major Rewrite[edit]

In order to establish notability and include reliable third-party sources a major rewrite is required, I would be willing to initiate this and possibly complete it if no-one else is willing to participate,

Major Re-Write in progress, please bear with me whilst i undertake this task, the resultant article may be considerably smaller, but it will be better set out and contain more reliable references.

2022 copy edit[edit]

Large sections of this article are out of date or are conflations of different periods, all misleadingly indicated as the present. It should be OK to not put a lot of "now" material into the article because peel do seem to be quite fluid and instead rely on a simple intro summary and bunging everything else into history with much reliance on underlying main articles.

I have broken the longer sections up and consigned much of the material to a history section. Many of the sections have main articles to link back to which I have put in place. Also, screeds of promotional material deleted. It should be possible to in many cases put the bare minimum here and rely on the main articles.

There are few adequate refs in place but many of the 'main articles' have good ones. to borrow.

I have no objections to anybody else picking up sections!

My intention has been to add something about the quoted investments in the intro.
