Public Domain Status[edit]

This book might well be in the Public Domain in the United States. It was published first in 1943, both in England and in the United States. As far as I can tell the US copyright wasn't renewed.--Alfredie (talk) 18:57, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My paperback copy of the book, bought in England in 1979, gives the first publication date and copyright date as 1942. Perhaps a mistake, or perhaps it was published in the UK in 1942 and then in the USA in 1943. Torve (talk) 06:47, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
