- Oppose merge according to Cruz's official website, the OCC website and an interview with Cruz, as stated in the article, this is being treated as a separate album release. Apart from the unreleased UK tracks, half are made up from his debut album "Departure" while the other half is made up from "Rokstarr". It is therefore a compilation album release.
