I will get on with this review today! --K. Peake 07:51, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox and lead[edit]

  • The lengths are not sourced anywhere in the body
  • Andress → Ingrid Andress in the infobox producers parameter, as this is not a track listing
    • Could you explain this a bit more? From what I've seen, there are song articles who use the full name if the producer is also a songwriter, and some who only use the surname if said producer is also a songwriter. Sebbirrrr (talk) 17:18, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Add a comma after debut studio album
  • "The track was written by" → "The song was written by" to be consistent
  • "was handled by Andress and" → "was handled by it and"
    • I said "the former" as it would sound a bit weird to refer to Andress as "it". Sebbirrrr (talk) 17:18, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "on February 4, 2017 for" → "on February 4, 2017, for"
  • "from Lady Like in" → "from the album in"
  • "a lost romance. Andress was inspired to write the track" → "a lost romance and Andress was inspired to write it"
  • "the song's theme as well as" → "the song's theme, as well as"
  • Wikilink as music videos
  • "in February 2017 via CMT" → "in February 2017, via CMT,"
  • "the same day as Andress' debut album." → "the same day as Lady Like."

Background and release[edit]

  • Merge with the below section, retitling to Background and composition
  • "She returned to" → "Andress returned to"
  • "Kara DioGuardi who was" → "Kara DioGuardi, who was"
  • Move the release info to the reception section, which I will instruct more further on
  • "in May 2020 announcing that the song will" → "in May 2020, announcing that the song would"
  • Mention what nation the country radio stations are in
  • "as the next single" → "as a new single"
  • Mention when the deluxe was released

Composition and lyrics[edit]

  • Make this the second para of the above section
  • "and produced it with" → "and handled the production with"
  • "It discusses a" → "The song discusses a"
  • "elaborating that "most songs" → "elaborating: "Most songs" since this is a full sentence
  • "never an in-between"." → "never an in-between."" per MOS:QUOTE on full sentences
  • "romanticized movies" and that" → "romanticized movies" and"
  • CMT should not be italicised
  • "piano-driven exposé"." → "piano-driven expose"."
  • "the lyric "You" → "the line "You"

Reception[edit]

  • Retitle to Release and reception, with the release info making up the first para
  • "received positive reviews from" → "was met with positive reviews from"
  • "Caramanica and deemed it" → "Caramanica deemed it"
  • "of the track and that it" → "of the track and it"
  • "ABC News Radio called it" → "The staff of ABC News Radio called the song"
  • "for Sounds Like Nashville deemed" → "for Sounds Like Nashville, deemed"
  • "at number 49 and at number 54" → "at numbers 49 and 54"

Promotion[edit]

  • Wikilink music video
  • "February 22, 2017 via CMT." → "February 22, 2017, via CMT."
  • "on March 27, 2020 coinciding" → "on March 27, 2020, coinciding"
  • The location is only sourced as a house, not a mansion
  • CMT should not be italicised
  • "and that she wished she would have" → "wishing in retrospect she would have"
  • "and was hoping that" → "and was hoping"
  • Shouldn't the performances be identified as in February and May 2020, respectively?
  • Wikilink Country Radio Seminar per MOS:LINK2SECT

Track listing[edit]

  • Shouldn't this section be added to source the separate lengths?
    • I added it because the reimagined version also has a different length. However, the 2020 version of the song wasn't released as a separate single for digital download so I instead mentioned it in the background and composition section. Sebbirrrr (talk) 17:18, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Personnel[edit]

  • Good

Release history[edit]

  • Label → Label(s)

References[edit]

  • Copyvio score looks great at 28.6%!!!
  • Cite Spotify as publisher instead on ref 5
  • Cite ABC News Radio as publisher instead on ref 15
  • WP:OVERLINK of YouTube on ref 22 and add Y108 in the publisher parameter, piping to WDSY-FM

Final comments and verdict[edit]

  •  On hold until all of the issues are fixed; this should be relatively easy since it's a short review! --K. Peake 08:53, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sebbirrrr Nice response, though her full name still needs to be used under producers per Template:Infobox song; this is not a track listing and any articles still using surnames only either do it because that's how it's credited or they're outdated. --K. Peake 07:43, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Kyle Peake: Got it! Added her full name now. Let me know if there's something else I need to add. Sebbirrrr (talk) 12:05, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sebbirrrr Great; all that you need to do now is change debut album to Lady Like in the second para and add a comma after February 22, 2017, in the music video section. --K. Peake 12:27, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    @Kyle Peake: Done! Sebbirrrr (talk) 12:37, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Pass now, congrats on getting this done in just one day! --K. Peake 13:46, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Article is good; promoted to GA status yesterday. Copyvio score good. The hook is sourced. I don't think it's very interesting but that's subjective so I won't fail based on that alone. QPQ not needed —VersaceSpace 🌃 13:48, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
