Satire[edit]

If the article is going to claim that the "short indirectly satirizes the violence of the original Hanna-Barbera shorts" then a reliable source should be provided in support of this somewhere in the article. Otherwise, such a statement could be considered WP:OR and removed. The closest I could find so far is this page from American Animated Cartoons of the Vietnam Era: A Study of Social Commentary. However, the author of that book does not refer to it as satire; he seem states the "short features several gags reminiscent of the slapstick humor in earlier episodes by Hanna-Barbera". Not sure if "reminiscing" equates to "satirizing", so maybe the lead should be reworded to reflect what this source says if nothing supporting "satire" can be found. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:36, 17 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
