Phan Decision[edit]

Should there be some kind of comment about the controversial Phan decision? A fair amount of the broadcast discussed this decision (and the booing was quire robust). I just added info in the 'payouts' section, regarding Phan being awarded his win bonus dispite the loss, due to the judges screwup.
