Source needed[edit]

What source says Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer is distributing this film with Annapurna Pictures? All I know is that The Weinstein Company is doing it. 98.235.48.206 (talk) 01:54, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Philip's wife's death[edit]

There have been some recent edits to the plot making the paragliding accident the cause of Philip's wife's death. I didn't remember drawing that conclusion when watching the film, so I looked for a script online, and it's not clear from that either. In the dialog I found online, Philip says (describing the accident) "I woke up. There was Jenny, my poor wife. And I remember thinking, 'Well, honey, this should take your mind off the cancer.'" He then references the pain of losing his wife in a later thought, but there's no clear implication that she died in the same accident that paralyzed him. I took his line to mean his paralysis should take her mind off of her own problems, not that she was also injured, and died from those injuries. --Fru1tbat (talk) 20:58, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Opening scene references The Intouchables[edit]

The opening scene, trying to get out of trouble with the police by saying they're speeding to the hospital, is a reference to The Intouchables (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Intouchables), where the exact same situation opens the film (in that film, it's a Maserati) Life Adventure (talk) 16:28, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
