And vs. &[edit]

Every edition of the book that I've seen gives the title as The World of Ice & Fire, with an ampersand, rather than The World of Ice and Fire with the conjunction spelled out. Generally speaking, wiki articles seem to observe this distinction: consider Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. Unless anyone can see a reason why not, I think the article should be moved to The World of Ice & Fire. Brendan Moody (talk) 02:41, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, and I can't imagine the move would be contested.— TAnthonyTalk 03:19, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Nor could I, but I thought it was best to check. I went to do the move myself this morning, but couldn't because there's already a redirect at the target version, so I've added the change to the list of uncontroversial requested moves. Brendan Moody (talk) 11:24, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
And now, obviously, the move is complete. Brendan Moody (talk) 12:07, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Section Arrangement[edit]

This article could benefit from the two sections, "Development" and "Contents", being swapped. From the standpoint of a reader, someone who may want to learn more about the book generally, it would likely make more sense for what the book contains to be listed first.
