Fair use rationale for Image:XFactorTitles.jpg[edit]

Image:XFactorTitles.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.   • Could the people who are switching back and forth between "series" and "season" please make sure that at the end of this exercise all the articles are left in a consistent and coherent state in terms of article titles, terminology and inter-linking? I noticed that The X Factor (UK) was left broken. Thanks! Although the word "season" in this sense is understood by British English speakers, it's more common to use "series".   • I think that this page is suffeciant enough as to why British shows should use Series 1, Series 2, etc and why American shows use Season 1, Season 2, etc. Here is a quote from the page that sums it up in a nutshell

A series finale is the very last installment of a television series, usually a sitcom or drama. The term is typically used to refer to a planned ending, as opposed to an unplanned one when a series is suddenly cancelled by its network. Something labeled as a "series finale" is usually a high-profile event for a show's creators, fans, and sponsors. The phrase "series finale" is mainly used in North America; in British English final episode is more commonly used, because in the United Kingdom, "series" can be synonymous with the United States "season"..

And this quote from Season finale

A season finale (British English "last in the series"; Australian English "season final") is the final episode of a season of a television program. This is often the final episode to be produced for a few months or longer, and, as such, will try to attract viewers to continue watching when the series begins again.
