Jahenny[edit]

Jahenny and the 3 days of darkness: can anyone look up a precise ref (page numbers!!) for which days of the week those 3 days are supposed to be? From Monday onwards, from Thursday onwards, or what? As it is now, this whole quote is not precise enough for W. Thanks, Super48paul (talk) 20:31, 4 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

first quote[edit]

This first quote above: that is nothing for a talk page. Does not invite any talk at all. I give it a few days, then I delete it if no one comes up with serious arguments.Super48paul (talk) 20:34, 4 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Just been done as announced.Super48paul (talk) 06:14, 6 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Belief not Marginal[edit]

The article indicates that "Adherents of the Three Days of Darkness are usually traditionalist Catholics or sedevacantists." Not quite. Many Catholics outside of those groups adhere to this private revelation. I know this anecdotally, through various interactions and I'm no traditionalist - though I am observant and conservative - and definitely not sedevacantist, nor move in those circles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.81.129.186 (talk) 18:33, 26 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Alternative Scientific Hypothesis[edit]

This section should be added for it's highly relevant to our current times and has current research around it, Ben Davidson (not to be confused with BEN DAVIES cited after the text to demonstrate that stars do dim before nova). The proposed text of the section is as following:

According to Ben Davidson,[citation needed] proponent of the Solar Micronova Hypothesis, the "Three Days of Darkness" would ensue due to the dimming[1] of our star before this cataclysmic event.

That does not seem very scientific. Where do the three days come from? They are not mentioned in the actual paper you linked, so the connection to this prophecy bullshit seems to be original research.
You wikilinked a disambiguation page. Do you mean Ben Davidson the football player, the rugby player, the politician or the fictional character? --Hob Gadling (talk) 12:10, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Quote by Anna Maria Taigi[edit]

The authenticity of the quote by Bl. Anna Maria Taigi is heavily questioned and shouldn't be presented as a fact. In that respect, read the following: https://www.catholic.com/magazine/online-edition/will-there-be-three-days-of-darkness 201.216.219.83 (talk) 19:03, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
