Move to Pinyin name[edit]

As per WP:NCZh, China-related articles should use pinyin in their titles unless a clear majority of modern sources do otherwise (even for historical subjects). This topic is too obscure to generate an ngram, but a quick search on Google trends confirms that at least as many sources in the last 40 years use "Tianjin Accord" as use "Tientsin Accord", if not more.
