Doubtful article, which template should I use?

31.52.95.111 has made quite a few contributions to this article (and to Fragma), without giving any sources. For example, the word “song” has been replaced by “track” or “mash-up”. (S)he has also changed EMI/Positiva to Tiger Records as the releasers of the 2008 remixes (not at all backed up by Discogs.com). There are also a few other edits that I think may be wrong too.

I want to tag the whole article as doubtful / in need of sources/citations, not just a quote or a section. Which template should I use? 83.109.102.158 (talk) 16:44, 9 June 2013 (UTC)
