Move from main article[edit]

I wish to make a correction about Tommy Booth. It says that he helped Manchester City to two League Cup trophies. In actuality it was one. He appeared in two finals in that competition. The first one was 1974 when they played Wolverhampton Wanderers. Manchester City and Booth lost that final 2-1(Info from soccer data base.com as well as my own recollections of seeing this final on British television.) Booth did go on to win the 1976 final when Manchester City defeated Newcastle United 2-1.
