Fair use rationale for Image:Tony82.jpg[edit]

Image:Tony82.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Tony's paternity....[edit]

Now that Tony is not Stefano's son, do we know if what Daphne said back in the 1980s is true?

"When she heard this, Daphne confessed her greatest secret...Tony's father was, in reality, a man named Enrico, whom Stefano had killed when he learned Daphne was sleeping with him."

Tony has been stating he is Enrico the Gardener's son repeatedly. This confirms Daphne's confession. He is therefore Stefano's step son since he and Daphne were common law wed when Tony was born.IrishLass0128 19:27, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You know what I'm wondering? What does this do to the 'John and Tony as half-brothers' storyline? I swear there was a blood test done during that timeframe to prove it. If it was André and not Tony whose blood was tested, are John and Tony even related? Or will they toss that out the window and have John return to being the biological son of Leopold and Philomena (which was proved by previous blood tests in the early 1990s)? That is the question at hand and I doubt it will be addressed by Hogan. There is a spoiler that Andre had his hand in switching another DNA test, but I haven't heard that one in a while. At this point where they go is anyone's guess.IrishLass0128 13:02, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
