Merged Controversy article into this one[edit]

Since the Torre de Manila is mostly famous because of the legal and political controversy, I merged the controversy article into this one. I see no reason for two articles, especially as we get further and further away from the court case, as it recedes into history

When I did that, there were a few citations that I removed. I list them here if needed for future edits.
