Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because this article is a factual representation of a building without emlishment or promotional language. Please see the wiki pages attributed to most Miami condo high rises. This article has very similar style and content. Any mentioning of specific entities (such as Rooms to Go or Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolf & Associates is for the sake of additional information to the article and not to bring any uunwarranted additional attention to this page. This page avoids sensationalism and Advertorial styles ; the article, while admittedly is light in content (classification of stub is more within merit than deletion), is merely stating facts about a paricular building in a location. There are no lofty descriptions of amazing amenities or unsubstantiated statements about how grand the building/location is. Furthermore, this article is still being developed and gives greater depth to the other articles about this local. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JaredMIA (talkcontribs)

I have removed the speedy deletion tag, the article is not promotional, however the notability has not been established. The article may still be deleted via the proposed deletion or articles for deletion process. I suggest finding third party reliable sources to establish notability. --kelapstick(bainuu) 23:36, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
