This page is for "Toyota Motorsport" results. "Gazoo Racing" is totally different project. I think they should be seperated. Besides, all current WRC teams have their results in their team page. Pelmeen10 (talk) 07:42, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Pelmeen10 But the title of the page is "Toyota Motorsport WRC results", so this page is created to store the WRC results of Toyota. If you do feel inappropriate, we can move the page to Toyota WRC results. And if it necessary, I would be very glad to spilt the rest of current WRC teams results into a new page, especially for Citroën. Unnamelessness (talk) 08:37, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
No, I don't think any of the suggestions are good. Toyota Motorsport GmbH is not the same with Gazoo, I don't see a reason why should 2 different team results be in the same page. Pelmeen10 (talk) 08:46, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's only including the manufacturer entered cars - so it's all team based. "Toyota WRC results" is ambiguous, we do not include privately entered Toyota's. Pelmeen10 (talk) 08:50, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
A very good resaon is that we can clearly show that Toyota, as a manufacturer, is absent from the championship from 2000 to 2016. If the re-named name has to indicate it is a team-based result page, a name of something like Toyota WRC manufacturer results or List of manufacturer results of Toyota in WRC would do, or write a short sentence to explain in the lead. @Mclarenfan17:, @Tvx1: Thoughts? Pelmeen10 (talk) 12:20, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Opinion – I can see why they are in the same page. Yes, Gazoo Racing is a different team to the previous Toyota team but it is still connected to Toyota as a brand (Akio Toyoda is frequently seen at Gazoo Racing WRC). What about calling it Toyota World Rally Championship results (as mentioned before me) which is similar to what has been done with F1 constructors? For instance, Honda Grand Prix results lists every Honda result in F1 even though not every team is the official Honda team. As long as we specify that Toyota Motorsport GmbH and Gazoo Racing WRC are not the same team I am fine with them having together. Kovpastish (talk) 13:10, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Fair point. Moved at the moment. Unnamelessness (talk) 04:29, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
