It no longer even exists; accordingly, much of the information about buses and coaches is extremely outdated. "22 stations"

Is there any particular reason why this should be included in any and all articles related to transport in the area? You'll notice that similar articles (e.g. Transport in London) don't mention how many stations are in the area. Well I will only answer that with saying this is an encylopaedia. It gives information. That is information and railway stations are a part of transport I believe. This is not London's article. Yes, Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia. However, Wikipedia is not a dumping ground for information. An encyclopaedia gives significant and important information. It is not at all clear why the precise number of stations is either significant or important enough to be discussed here. 90.203.45.168 (talk) 20:24, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

But it does convey something of the remarkable residual importance of rail in Cardiff. Newport, for example has 1 railway station. That's clearly not notable! welsh (talk) 19:51, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
