"the current Minister of Trade and Industry representing the Norwegian Labour Party in the government "[edit]

Does the sentence need improvement?

(Is it not more correct to say that he is representing Norway's parliament?

Since the labour party does not have a majority in parliament, it is a silent majority of representatives who keep the cabinet (and his job in it) intact , so to speak.)--85.165.229.54 (talk) 14:09, 4 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The allegations against Giske[edit]

The allegations against Giske are not limited to sexual harrassment, which in English means bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors, and which is typically of a verbal nature. The sources included in the article clearly also describe instances of sexual assault, which is defined by our article (and in English in general) as "a person sexually touching another person without that person's consent", and which may include e.g. groping, and which is essentially the physical counterpart of (verbal) sexual harrassment. See e.g. https://www.vg.no/nyheter/innenriks/arbeiderpartiet/ap-politiker-line-oma-staar-frem-som-giske-varsler/a/24224349/ ("Da vi skal forlate stedet presser han meg opp mot veggen. Og stikker tungen sin ned i halsen min, mot min vilje"), which is a clear description of sexual assault as that term is used in the English language. --Aleasjon (talk) 12:47, 8 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

"Name-dropping" of Harvey W.[edit]

The article is about a non-convict. Anyone, feel free to remove Harvey's name.--The link to Me to, should be enough, one would think. 2001:2020:301:BAD9:ACAB:BB4F:7A19:7BD3 (talk) 23:43, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
