Africa?[edit]

So I was torn. Should the article focus a lot more on the Mozambique and Malawi floods? The storm didn't cause it, but it was there at the same time, and the Malawi flood article frankly sucks. However, there is enough focus on Madagascar that adding too much info about Malawi might seem undue weight. After all, there is an article already for the Malawi floods.
