  • Add the "use mdy dates" template to fix citations per WP:BADDATE.
  • The lead should be expanded to two to three paragraphs to summarize the entire article.

Plot[edit]

  • Isn't the word "Holocron", also seen in #Casting, supposed to be capitalized?

  • "Shortly afterwards" → "Shortly afterward" (American English)
  • The plot section is under 400 words, so that passes MOS:TVPLOT.

Production[edit]

  • Recite sources at the end of every quote per WP:QUOTE.

I'm not sure how to treat this one, since the full line is not referenced in the article, but rather mentioned as the "'scum and villainy' line" (see ref 15); I only included the full line to make it clear to the readers what it refers to. Yeeno (talk) 🍁 19:09, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • "the season 2" doesn't sound right - maybe change it to "the second season"
  • "one off" → "one-off"
  • Is the comma after "emotional connection" necessary?
  • Remove the comma after "controversial" (short sentence).
  • "the The Phantom Menace" → "The Phantom Menace"
  • "as at the same age is" is confusing so reword

  • This section has a lot of quotes so try paraphrasing and expanding the section per WP:RECEPTION.

  • Ah a Star Wars write up. I haven't yet watched the episode myself, but let me review this. I would prefer to go with ALT 1 rather than the main blurb, as what you said, it's kind of a spoiler, plus it isn't actually that interesting for those uninterested in Star Wars. The article isn't that new, but I will overlook it since it is still technically newly created (within a month or so), plus this is just your second DYK.
I will suggest rewording the ALT1 a little, smth like:

Hi ZKang123, thanks for reviewing my submission. I only moved this to the mainspace a couple days ago, so it should qualify for DYK. Alt1a sounds less convoluted than what I have, so I'd agree with using that one. Perhaps to make it even more interesting though, we could add that George Lucas was also inspired by Seven Samurai:
  • ALT1c ... that the Star Wars Rebels episode "Twin Suns" took inspiration from the 1954 Akira Kurosawa film Seven Samurai, a film which George Lucas also cited as a major influence? Notability[edit]

This is the only Star Wars Rebels episode to have its own page. There are several other episodes that are just as if not more notable than this, but if we decide to write them all to be fair, then we will end up with something similar to the Pokemon test. Most individual tv show episodes are not notable enough to have their own article and I think this is no different, but I am fairly new in editing, so I haven't put up and official deletion request. @NewLurker: I don't think that the non-existance of other articles is a convincing argument, given that any one can create those articles if they have the sources to prove their notability (see WP:OTHERSTUFF). I just happened to be interested in this one, so I created it.
I can confidently say it passes WP:GNG, given the 20+ independent sources talking about the episode alone (it's also passed two different reviews at WP:DYK and WP:GA). If you still don't think its notable though, feel free to start an WP:AFD entry. Yeeno (talk) 00:36, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
