As this article is a sub-article of the qualifying article, the title should therefore use the format [Parent article] [round] as is done for other football competitions. The difference with UEFA's website is that they include these matches as part of the final tournament (not under "qualifying"), which is not how the Euro articles are structured here on Wikipedia.
