Status of Croatia's "penalty point" in tiebreak[edit]
Anyone know how a tiebreak would go between Croatia and Italy? They played two 1-1 draws, so the tiebreak should then go to total GD. But, that only holds if the 1-point penalty against Croatia is only applied to the overall standings. If Croatia lose that point in the tiebreak scenario as well, then Italy would win the tiebreak based on head-to-head points (2 to 1). LarryJeff (talk) 21:54, 24 September 2015 (UTC)
