The Navy's report on the grounding has been obtained by Stars and Stripes via a FOIA request, https://www.stripes.com/news/pacific/navy-probe-blames-captain-s-judgment-in-uss-antietam-grounding-1.480879 . The article needs to be updated accordingly. Safiel (talk) 19:45, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
