Fluence rate models[edit]
I think the article should include the a description of the various models used to estimate the fluence rate. I have sources for most models and can mock the section up in my sandbox. It might be useful to include the actual equations but I am not sure of that. Wastewater[edit]
The article seems to be focused on drinking water treatment. I suggest that some of the language be changed to include wastewater. I will make these changes myself if there aren't any objections but I can't imagine a justification for a separate UV wastewater treatment article.
