This article should be merged with Ullíbarri-Gamboa. Thanks, eskerrik asko. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.87.80.63 (talk) 21:27, 24 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There's nothing there at that location, just 1-line description. So I redirected it here. -- 67.70.35.44 (talk) 05:44, 10 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

unclear text[edit]

"In summer up north wind force 4 after noon ideal for windsurfing and cools the environment."

If anyone can decipher this and fix it, I have no objection to it being returned to the article. Elinruby (talk) 20:11, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ullibarri-GamboaUllíbarri-Gamboa – Missing diacritic. Santi2222 (talk) 14:29, 5 October 2022 (UTC)— Relisting. —usernamekiran (talk) 16:27, 16 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This is a contested technical request (permalink). Extraordinary Writ (talk) 20:33, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This may not be uncontroversial:
  • the Spanish Wikipedia has it as Ullívarri-Gamboa (diacritic, but V)
  • the Basque Wikipedia has it as Uribarri Ganboa (R, no diacritic, N)
  • the French Wikipedia has it as Ullíbarri-Gamboa (diacritic, B, M)

"Ullívarri-Gamboa" and "Ullíbarri-Gamboa" are only used in Spanish, while "Uribarri Ganboa" is the Basque name. The variant used by the Spanish Wikipedia is rare, it is hard (but not impossible) to find any actual attestations; the dominant Spanish form is "Ullíbarri-Gamboa". Actually, the original Spanish article was "Ullíbarri-Gamboa" until an editor moved it claiming that the official name uses "v" (this is false, the official name is "Ullíbarri-Gamboa"). It could be debated whether the Spanish or Basque name should be used here, but regardless of that, the current title is a misspelled form of the common Spanish name.--Santi2222 (talk) 20:26, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
