Oracle has moved the documentation. I've fixed a link the the Ultra 5 Service Manual but I cannot fix the link for the Ultra 10 since Oracle's own link is broken. Start here. Also: it is possible that a link to the Ultra 5 documentation page (which links to the service manual) might be more useful than just the link to the service manual. RAM limit[edit]

I have personally seen an Ultra 5 with 1 GB of RAM in it. It recognized it and booted just fine. The sticks involved were very tall, so they intruded into the space for the floppy drive.
