Direct contradiction?[edit]

The fact that President Thein Sein held nominal chairman position in no way contradicts the constitution unless he took part in a USDP activity. Moreover, USDP is not illegal under constitution. The author of the cited source, in a rush to criticize, apparently confused “Naingant Wonhtan” and “Pyithu Wonhtan” and said the two words are the same. In fact, they aren't. Pyithu Wonhtan includes politicians while Naingant Wonhtan only includes Civil Servants. I am not USDP supporter.
