Shadowspear.com

Removed reference and link to this external website at the bottom of the page. Shadowspear.com is not an official DOD site, nor is the data on Shadowspear as comprehensive and authoritative as that found on other sites on the internet, such as www.globalsecurity.org, to cite just one example among many. Any effort to restore the link should be seen as a partisan act.

Removed reference and link to ShadowSpear. ShadowSpear is a civilian site, it is a for-profit site, and it has no official relation to any DOD entity. Restoration of the link, especially without any justification, should not be permitted to stand. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.8.224.68 (talk) 13:35, 26 January 2014 (UTC)

4th POG is no longer named 4th POG

I added this comment over on the 4th POG page too. Apparently around a year ago, they changed the name of 4th POG to 4th Military Information Support Group, along with changing the phrasing from Psychological Operagions to Military Information Support Operations. soc.mil and the CAPOC websites'll give more info. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.142.178.27 (talk) 23:48, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

Ranger Section Neutrality

The 75th Ranger Regiment section reads like a recruitment ad. "a highly lethal, violent, agile and flexible force" / "Ranger battalions are always combat ready, mentally and physically tough and prepared to fight the War on Terrorism" etc... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.202.239.38 (talk) 22:08, 24 November 2015 (UTC)

Propaganda-like tone & content

As noted above (#Ranger Section Neutrality), a bunch of material in the article reads like recruitment or propaganda, putting undue emphasis on the various divisions' heroic exploits. Not just the Ranger section, but a good deal of the entire article, needs to be rewritten in a more matter-of-fact tone, giving due weight to the views published in reliable, third-party sources.
