Governance?[edit]

What does this section mean?

Unlock Democracy has engaged with the Ministry of Justice Governance of Britain programme.

The Labour Lord Chancellor's Governance of Britain report was published 4 months before Unlock Democracy was formed. Could someone who understands this suggest a source, and rewrite for clarity?
