eno[edit]

i've reversed the initial statement about eno, which claimed that the title track on this disc was "based upon an eno track" (paraphrase). i've done so for a few reasons.

1) the same musicians played on both records.
2) eno was not a musician and always admitted as much.
3) the records were recorded virtually simultaneously.
4) if you do the research - even here at wiki - you'll see that large amounts of the work that eno produced in the 70s was based around repeatedly sampling the rhythm section of brand x.
5) a future eno track - energy fools the magician - would draw upon parts of the same track.

all of this leads to the conclusion that the similarity in the two tracks reduces to work that originated with the members of brand x and not with the non-musician mind of brian eno. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.254.121.196 (talk) 10:07, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
