Name[edit]

Looks much more Norwegian than Inuit. Is it just they've been conservative with the spelling? or is the etymology wrong? — LlywelynII 04:39, 27 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Can you identify this picture?[edit]

Unidentified man, in either Sisimiut, Qeqertarsuaq, Kangersuatsiaq, or Upernavik, sometime between 8 June and 21 July 1854. Taken by Captain Edward Augustus Inglefield of the HMS 'Phoenix'. Higher-res version.
