Requested move 6 April 2019[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

Moved. Most of the news and book sources found do refer to the subject in the singular form, and since there was no opposition, see no reason not to grant this request. Kudos to editors for your input, and Happy Publishing! (nac by page mover) Paine Ellsworth, ed.  put'r there  13:25, 27 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Gränby IshallarGränby Ishall – Changed name to "Gränby Ishall" per [1]. The linked page says under the A-hallen section: "During the 2009/2010 Kvalserien to Elitserien it was named Zellout Arena before returning to Gränby Ishallar. [...] Now the arena is named Gränby Ishall". The title of the page confirms it and the text in that section makes it clear that it talks about the entire complex with multiple rinks. "Gränby Ishallar" is the entire complex with multiple rinks because "Ishallar" is plural for "Ishall". 37KZ (talk) 20:13, 6 April 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. KCVelaga (talk) 02:26, 16 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This article does appear to be talking about the entire complex so would that not make the name correct as it is? -DJSasso (talk) 11:01, 16 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I understand what you mean. The article does indeed talk about the other parts of the complex. It just appears to me that "Gränby Ishallar" is not used anymore as an official name for the complex (although the name would make sense to have it refer to the entire complex and let Gränby Ishall refer to A-hallen). I think the text in that section makes it clear that the current official name for the complex is Gränby Ishall. 37KZ (talk) 12:35, 22 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
