I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Inconsistency in founding date[edit]

The founding date in the infobox is 1947, which is further listed in the "VCU Rams baseball" box at the bottom of the article. Meanwhile, text in the intro states 1971 as the start of the program, and this is further backed up in the VCU Rams baseball#Accomplishments section that states that 2015 is the programs's 45th year.
