Cover Song[edit]

I was just wondering if it was worth mentioning that the song "Whatever Will Be" from this album V, Track 9, is actually a cover song, written by Tammin Sursok from her album titled 'Whatever Will Be'. Vality 15:06, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

UK Sales/Charting[edit]

Can someone please put a citation of where it said she peaked at "21" and sold 7000 copies or I will delete this. thanks. :-)82.14.69.61 16:06, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New Album ![edit]

I heard that Vanessa Hudgens is making a new album and the rumour is that it is going to be called Hollywood. Can anybody confirm that this is real? Headstrong 345 00:12, 13 October 2007 (UTC)Headstrong 345[reply]

it's going 2 be called "Identified" May 11,2008

Whatever Will Be Is a Single?[edit]

When was this announced? Will there be a video, or did someone just make this up? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.2.70.143 (talk) 17:08, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's not it was orignally made by tammin sursock-from someone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.208.137.148 (talk) 19:37, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Singles[edit]

I've restored the Singles section again. The articles on the individual singles have all been redirected to this article ("Say OK" via an AFD discussion, the other one for consistency). Since there are no articles on the singles, the information about them belongs in the parent album article.

What happened to the Singles pages?[edit]

What happened to them? The pages about "Come Back To Me" and "Say OK" were full of informations, and now they have disappeared and condensed into the album article. Why? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cassiojg (talkcontribs) 23:37, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Say OK" was deleted because of an AFD discussion. When I folded it into the article, I did "Come Back To Me" at the same time for consistency. Nothing was deleted ... every part of the single articles was added to the album article.

Chart positions[edit]

Please note 189.29.106.148 has added the ENTRY positions, not the PEAK positions on the article. And Lescharts.com, a reference that was removed by this IP, is a reliable source, providing the same official charts than aCharts.com. Europe22 (talk) 22:07, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

For example, the SNEP, that compiles French singles, albums and digital charts, says "Come Bask to Me" was #12 on January 2007. See this link. You can find the same thing on aCharts.com (see: "Peak positions" column) and on Lescharts.com, with the same chart trajectory. However, the IP has added #15 on the article. Europe22 (talk) 22:41, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm familiar with acharts.com, and it is a mix of reliable and unreliable charts (like the Brazil Hot 100 ... acharts does a great job of reporting what the Brazil Hot 100 says, but the Brazil Hot 100 makes things up, and isn't reliable at all). Do you have any other link for the Portuguese charts? A direct website? I'd just like to go take a look. Being the number 5 top hit anywhere seems a bit surprising for Hudgens.Kww (talk) 23:27, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Except Acharts.com, I don't find a source for the Portuguese chart (there are no archive on the official site). I'm also familiar with Acharts.com, and indeed the Portuguese, Brazilian, Dutch and Italian charts (not the official FIMI chart) don't seem to be reliable. However, other charts provided for "Come Back to Me" on this site, as well as those on Lescharts.com, are reliable since they are the same as on the official sites (for example, the song was #6 on NZ RIANZ chart. See : Chart #1542 - Monday 11 December 2006). And even if it provided false info for the World and European Singles Charts, the other charts for "Come Back to Me" on top40-charts are the same as on Acharts.com and Lescharts.com. Europe22 (talk) 00:36, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's what I found:
Chart (2006) Peak
position
Australian ARIA Singles Chart[1] [2] [3] 36
French SNEP Singles Chart[1] [2] [3] 12
German Singles Chart[4] [1] 58
Italian FIMI Singles Chart[2] [3] 8
New Zealand RIANZ Singles Chart[1] [2] [3] 6
Spanish Singles Chart[2] 17
U.S. Billboard Hot 100[1] [5] 55
U.S. Billboard Pop 100[5] 28
Looks sourced well enough to me. I won't object to you adding it.Kww (talk) 00:49, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
