Redirect or an article[edit]

@ user:X-mass I have reverted this edit. In the edit history you wrote:

"yet again cultural imperialism by north American wikipedia editors because they don't know what it means. It is akin to demoting P&J's (peanut and jelly) to a type of sandwich"

Clearly you do not know much about my editorial style, or you would know that I am British. I suggest that next time you check out the editing style of editors you wish to accuse of bias.

I stated the reasons why I reverted your edit in the edit history:

  1. Please read Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Because you did not attribute you copy in a correct way you violated copyright.
  2. See WP:CONTENTFORK. The British meaning of the V sign has every right to be in the article V sign moving it into a separate article unless the page becomes a dab page implies that the British meaning is subsidiary to the other meanings. This is a complete contradiction of you intent and it also created a content fork. Therefore I think that this page is better off as a redirect.
