How big is a "package" of vanilla sugar? It would be helpful if the substitution ratio of vanilla (extract) for vanilla sugar were clearer. (For example, in Sweden vaniljsocker is sold in 140 g. packages -- obviously not equal to one teaspoon of vanilla extract!)
