Potential for A7[edit]

If this gets moved to article space, there's a pretty strong chance that the article will get WP:A7'ed. This talk section is primarily for me to keep track of things I need to do to improve the article so that's less likely to happen. I believe the band is notable enough for an article to stand on its own, we just need to make it easy to justify that. Keep reference to WP:BAND for guidelines.

  • This article is beginning to get to the point where it should be obvious that this isn't an example of WP:GARAGEBAND - Vansire has gotten a good amount of coverage from a variety of outlets and music blogs. With that said, work still needs to be done improving the diversity of sources and ensuring that they're respected and notable sources themselves (i.e. not an article on some random blog somewhere). Citing Spotify[edit]

Spotify isn't necessarily the best source for citing things such as "30+ million streams on Spotify" because that number is dynamic and changes. With that said, calling out the number of Spotify streams seems like it would skirt lines with WP:NUMFRIENDS.JCBird1012 (talk) 14:41, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Associated Acts[edit]

Per Template:Infobox musical artist (under associated acts), generally speaking, this field shouldn't include other artists with "one-time collaboration for a single song" - with that said, it appears all the listed associated acts seem to fit that bill. I'm comfortable with leaving them as is, but I just wanted to highlight that in case another editor comes across this and takes issue with it. JCBird1012 (talk) 14:41, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
