Merge from Bolívar fuerte

Our policy up to now has been that the new name is only used in the article title if it is actually reflected on the bank notes and coins -- that's why the Romanian new leu is at Romanian leu, as the actual currency states it's called "leu", not "new leu". Confusing

I'm not an expert on economics, but something seems wrong here. The first two sentences of the article read, "The bolívar fuerte (plural: bolívares fuertes, ISO 4217 code: VEF; locally abbreviated as Bs. F) is the new currency of Venezuela since January 1, 2008. It is subdivided into 100 céntimos. [1]" (The citation doesn't say a thing about céntimos by the way) And then later on in the article, about the old bolívar it says, "The bolívar (plural: bolívares, ISO 4217 code: VEB; locally abbreviated as Bs.) was the currency of Venezuela between 1879 and 2007. It was subdivided into 100 céntimos." The article says that the old bolívar was subdivided by 100 céntimos. The article also says the new bolívar fuerte is subdivided into 100 céntimos. Reorganization

This article needs reorganizing to properly merge the two articles. However, before doing so, we need to decide on the proper name for the new currency. The coins and banknotes do not use the name bolívar fuerte, just bolívar. Which is it?

New Coins And Banknotes Of Higher Values

According to the infobox, the BsF 500 banknote is rarely used, but the article implies that there is no banknote of higher value than BsF 100. Also, according to the infobox, the coins of 2 and 5 bolivars are frequently used, but the article implies that there are no such coins. It seems to me that the high inflation has made it necessary to issue new coins and banknotes of higher values. If this is the case indeed, the article needs to be modified accordingly. I edited the article to update the parallel exchange rate. The value of 7.0 to 1 cited in the article is a year and a half out of date. My change was reverted because my source for the current rate is hosted on blogspot.com: http://venezuelafx.blogspot.com/. There are other sources but everything I've seen is blog-like. In the meantime I have updated the article to reflect the fact that the cited statistic is out of date, and that the article now contains no citations for information on the current exchange rate (where it "hovers"---present tense---for example).
