Parallel exchange rate

I don't think it's correct to talk about the fake exchange rate in the article because, at the end, it is not a real thing. It is invented by a handful of persons that are not related to the official entity in charge to fix the exchange rates. Basically, it is based on speculation and the mood of the owners of the Twitter account that publishes the false information. As far as I know, Wikipedia doesn't allow publishing information based on speculations. Moreover, it may cause confusion among the readers that are ooking for the real exchange rates. --SAVZ (talk) 16:29, 14 June 2015 (UTC)
