"s" in abbrevation BsF / Bs.F. and Bs / Bs.
Does the "s" come from the plural-s of bolívares?
But Bs resp. BsF is used to name the singular, too: 1 Bs., 1 BsF.

Logarithmic scale in grafics
... would show the distance of
Official exchange rate / Inofficial exchange rate
better:
today 1:10 official vs. 1:4400 inofficial (BsF : USD)
therefore distance now is 1:440, about 2.7 decades that show up as 2.7 linear units in logarithmic y-axis.
