Updates to article[edit]

Made an edit on 14:12 25 October 2015 (not signed into my account when the changes were made so its just listed under an IP address). I found citations for some of the information already existing in the outbreaks section and added some additional information including: 21 reported outbreaks in the Americas, the trend of outbreaks after heavy precipitation, and the potential VEEV carrier Aedes albopictus. I also reworded the vaccine subsection of the outbreaks section, as it was directly plagiarized from this wiki about microbes.

The introductory paragraphs of this article contain a large amount of direct plagiarism. Simple google searches found that many passages in the intro were taken from this website,this APHIS document,and this website. The introduction needs to be reworded to correct the heavy amount of plagiarism that is currently present.
