Typical vandalism[edit]

Typical 1960s and 1970s vandalism, demolishing a wonderful Victorian building and replacing it with ugly concrete Brutalism of the worst possible kind, devoid of the slightest hint of visual understanding or architectural style. May the creatures who authorised this ghastly act rot in the lowest circle of Hell for evermore. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.79.153.6 (talk) 14:34, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
