Close paraphrasing?[edit]

Note that although there are about 5 sources, the bulk of this is based on two US Federal Government sources, the 1964 HABS document, and the 1970 NRHP nomination from the DC planning commission, which tends to repeat the earlier source. Given that these are Federal sources, there can be no copyright violation. Indeed the other sources tend to repeat these. I think I've done enough rewriting to avoid problems of plagiarism via "close paraphrasing" but it is tough when all the sources say the same thing. If anybody disagrees, they may rewrite some more, or contact me on my talk page. Smallbones (talk) 18:46, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
