As the What links here link shows there is substantial confusion in letting the Villafranca page describe the one in Navarra because, as show by the Villafranca (disambiguation) page, there are multiple Villafranca in both Spain and Italy and similarly spelled places in France.
I propose to move the Villafranca page to Villafranca (Navarra) and move the current disambiguation page to Villafranca.
