Note from 10-1933-01 22 that SR 46/SR 16 actually ran along part of current US 60 near Powhatan. --NE2 12:10, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

These are the current lengths (not counting concurrencies):

  • Powhatan 10.21 plus 2-3 on US 60 - all was a state highway in 1936: 10.70 plus 2.18
    • This seems to add up.
  • Cumberland 1.03 plus 11.36 - all was a state highway in 1936
    • This seems to add up if the 1.40 is SR 16.
  • Fluvanna 0.20 plus 14.80 - only south of SR 610 was a state highway in 1936 - this is roughly 9.34 north of SR 6
    • This adds up.
  • Louisa 0.72 plus 9.30 plus 8.60 - all but 0.15 mi at the north end was a state highway in 1936: 0.80 plus 9.60 plus 9.37
    • This adds up.
  • Orange 1.25 plus 0.10 plus 9.26 - NONE was a state highway in 1936
