Article improvement ideas[edit]

Notes to self: Phrases such as "excel at" should be replaced by "are selectively bred for." It is worth putting in a separate section about Marbach. The term "cobby" misrepresents the original goals of the Wurttemberg breeders. No group of horses can be "sensible" as a result of one horse. The info on Kennedy is excellent; it will be worth noting that his dam is Arab-bred (she is not, as Germans would say "Arabian Thoroughbred" but quite close). This is important to note because of Marbach's long history of breeding Arabians. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Countercanter (talkcontribs) 13:50, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Note to Countercanter: Good spotting peacock words. Also check out existing wikilinks on Anglo-Arabian and history of Weil-Marbach at Arabian horse. May help. Good luck! Oh and remember to sign talk page posts (grin). Montanabw(talk) 16:58, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

6. Breeding Program (from above) [6] full information on the standard.
