Some of the writers have taken promotional copy directly from the station's Web site and have cut and paste it into the article.

No matter how much broadcast monopolist Clear Channel wants to spin it otherwise, the station runs nearly all of its daily shows from satellite. It hosts little if any local talk show programming. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
