Explanation[edit]

Which part is synthesis? Also, your edit may have violated wikipedia's wp:due policy since the terms erection and waistband get 368,000 returns on google, hence justifying a mention on this article. I'm going to add more sources, if you are still skeptical. 92.2.67.128 (talk) 15:59, 20 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding these additions, there are several sourcing problems: You're using a patent—a primary source—to make an assertion about typical differences in men's and women's undergarments. You've provided a citation to comedy diet book (without giving the page) to support the (plausible) claim that some men use their waistbands to "conceal a conspicuous bulge." And you've used a patent and a couple sketchy blogs to support the bit about the "waistband trick." Also, please actually read the policy on due and undue weight: "Neutrality requires that each article or other page in the mainspace fairly represent all significant viewpoints that have been published by reliable sources, in proportion to the prominence of each viewpoint in the published, reliable sources." Google search metrics are not a factor in that calculus. Rebbing 16:35, 20 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

For the sources I used that made a specific statement, I used non-tabloids. For the other sources that are less reputable, I ensued I avoided making any sensational claims. Henceforth, I feel the edit is in line with wikipedia's guidelines. 92.2.67.128 (talk) 21:40, 21 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
